What is Growth Track?
Growth Track is our simple three-step pathway for every person who wants to grow in their faith and find their place in the church. Each step runs on a Sunday morning after the main service — one step per month, three sessions in total.
Know God — Become a Member
Discover your identity and take your first step
Step 1 is your introduction to who God is and who you are in Him. We share the heart of Soweto CFC, our values, and what it means to be part of our church family. This is the perfect starting place whether you are new to faith or new to our church.
Discover Your Design
Your gifts, personality, and God-given purpose
In Step 2 we help you understand the unique way God has made you. Through a simple discovery process, you will identify your spiritual gifts, your personality style, and your passions — and begin to understand how God wants to use you.
Join the Team — Make a Difference
Step into active service and leave a mark
Step 3 is where it all comes together. You take everything you have discovered and step into a serving role that fits your design. Our team will help you find the right place to contribute, grow, and make a lasting impact for Jesus.
